Employee motivation – my management style or?
Motivation and leadership are two topics that are inextricably linked, but rarely brought together. What motivates one person or generation – doesn’t always motivate another.
Most often, the audience only gets a general insight into motivation and leadership without the content being applied to the practical situation and the personality of the leader and the employee. In this presentation, we take a closer look at some leadership and motivation theories and, based on these theories, we try to explain how the IPA personality profiles of the leader and the employee determine the leadership style and what motivates the employee the most.
We also talk about which IPA person profiles, best link the manager’s leadership style and the employees’ way of being motivated. Through this talk, you will have a golden opportunity to create a connection between your leadership style and what employees personally need to create value and development for the organization. Employee motivation and my leadership style.
