HR has undergone major changes, from being a purely administrative department for recruiting and handling personnel matters to becoming a complete strategic business partner.

Now, HR is expected to juggle administrative tasks in addition to developing the organization to meet future needs. HR must also contribute to improving performance and retaining and attracting the best talent. To help, we have developed IPA HR Talks.
