Everyday life at IPA Nordic

At IPA Nordic, we work based on a simple idea: People create results – not systems. That is why our everyday work is based on trust, balance, and commitment.

We meet at the office in Aarhus on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, where we brainstorm, share ideas, and generate energy together. Tuesdays and Thursdays are our focus days – time for immersion, reflection, and highly concentrated work. This can be done from home or anywhere else where you can think and create in peace and quiet.
