‘The analyses provide a deeper insight into the individual’s work style and motivational factors’”. Søren Ø. Skadhede, Instructor
Potential in Action integrates IPA Nordic’s Personality and Team Analyses as a core component of its talent development work. This includes a number of initiatives, such as their well-known case programme, where teams of newly graduated talents solve strategic business cases for Danish companies.
Up to 50% of the talent that Potential in Action engages in their programmes are young foreign graduates who bring new perspectives and a global understanding to Danish companies. Potential in Action is known for their case programmes, but also offers a wide range of other talent development services.
They develop tailored talent programmes for organisations, provide advice on attracting and maturing talent and assist companies in recruiting young key employees. By integrating both Danish and international talent, they create a dynamic where different perspectives contribute to innovative solutions and an expanded global outlook.
Senior consultant and educator Søren Ø. Skadhede explains:
‘The cases that the candidates work on for the companies are always strategically important tasks that target results that the companies can apply directly or draw important inspiration from.’

Since we started the project in 2011, we have had many different collaborations and types of cases such as calculating CO2 emissions and market research to communication strategies and UX analyses. Both companies and candidates experience strong results’
‘We see that our case programmes not only contribute with concrete solutions, but also strengthen the young people’s ability to work innovatively and effectively in teams,’ Søren Skadhede continues.
‘By using personality analyses as an integral part of the programme, we can create teams where different strengths and perspectives complement each other optimally. The analyses provide a deeper insight into the individual’s work style and motivational factors, which supports a more targeted and dynamic team process.’
‘Combining personality analyses with practical case work enhances team collaboration and creativity, creating a valuable platform for innovation and problem solving. This approach helps both the companies that benefit from the young people’s work and the talents themselves, who gain a better understanding of their own competences and working roles in a team.’
