Professional Recruitment
Using IPA Nordic’s automated recruitment tools, all advertised positions are handled and candidates are screened by Phoenix Invest. Those with the right profile are invited to a more in-depth interview. For this interview, IPA Core Personality is used, which is a personality analysis and a highly recognised dialogue tool. It is all based on creating as high an employer branding as possible, it should be an experience to be interviewed, and therefore all candidates receive a personalised swot analysis back with personal feedback.

Pre- & Onboarding
Phoenix Invest’s method is to let the hiring process start when the employment contract is signed. This is known as pre-boarding, where the new employee is presented with various information handled by IPA Staff. The actual onboarding process is digitalised in IPA Staff and ensures a streamlined start-up of the new employee.

Employee administration
An important element is that Phoenix Invest now has a centralised HR system to manage all employee-related tasks.
This includes everything from contract creation, time tracking, equipment and documents.
