IPA Nordic and selected partners offer free IPA Core Personality Analysis to companies considering hiring a Ukrainian

IPA Nordic is a leading European research and software house. The research is used to frame dialogues within HR and recruitment. The analyses are available in a wide range of languages and now also in Ukrainian.

Steen Wæver Poulsen, CEO of IPA Nordic, says:

“The project actually came to us from outside. One of our clients told us that they wanted to bring a Ukrainian into the company, but that the English wasn’t good, so it was very difficult to understand who the person was behind the scenes. It took a while for us to turn the idea around – maybe we could help?

What we have done practically is to get the material translated into Ukrainian. The Ukrainian alphabet is a variant of the Cyrillic alphabet which is used to write Ukrainian, the official language of Ukraine, so we were a bit out of our comfort zone.

Next, we spoke to a number of selected partners who were immediately on board with the idea and who were keen to do their bit to ensure the best conditions for people who have been forced to leave because of war and strife in their homeland.”
