Companies that work with design and innovation at a strategic level achieve a significant competitive advantage, and perform better compared to those companies that do not work with design and innovation at a strategic level. For many companies, it is therefore important that there is a constant focus on innovative processes at all levels.

For many companies, it is therefore important that there is a constant focus on innovation processes at all levels.

With IPA Innovation Analysis we detect both the willingness to take responsibility for the team’s performance in relation to all phases of the creative innovation process, AND the personal inherent talent for creativity, managing relationships, drive and analysis.

IPA Innovation Analysis can be used for both talent screening in relation to groups of employees and managers AND used for the composition of innovative teams where both talent and personal characteristics are represented in relation to the team’s tasks, goals and success criteria.

The innovation analysis has been developed as part of a comprehensive analysis system used for the selection and development of managers within the functions and units whose task it is to ensure the innovation capability of each company.

The analysis system has been developed by IPA Nordic – and validated at Volvo Cars and Volvo Trucks in Gothenburg, among others. The present Innovation Analysis is built on the same basic integral idea as used in the development of all tools at IPA Nordic.

In the final Innovation Capability Assessment, we link the results from the Innovation Analysis to the IPA Analysis in an overall “Innovation Capability Chart”.

We can thus strengthen the innovation and development efforts in the organization, through an assessment of the individual employee/manager’s talent AND the composition of innovation teams where all necessary positions are staffed.

IPA INNOVATION CIRCLE

The aim of IPA Innovation is to uncover all the types of talent required to carry out a fully-fledged creative innovation process.
