Companies now have many systems in place to ensure the development of their employees, which in turn ensures the development of the company.
But are companies overlooking what’s most important? Can we do more for our employees? Have we really asked ourselves – as management and HR – the question of how employees are actually doing, because there is no doubt that the better an employee feels in the organization, the better they work and the more quality in their work.
In this talk, we look at how a management and HR department can best play different roles and we also get into the different roles a MANAGEMENT AND HR both MUST know and play in order for employees to be successful in the job.
The lecture is based on an employee champion, who is characterized by taking care of employee well-being, as it is about putting employees’ skills, style, values, attitudes and emotions into play for the benefit of the employees themselves and the company.
