Cand. Phil. Flemming Anders Olsen har udviklet analyser for mennesker i arbejdslivet i mere end 30 år. I sine mange år på området har han nærmet sig menneskers opfattelse af sig selv i arbejdslivet fra flere vinkler. Han har arbejdet med den klassiske trækteoris beskrivelse af mennesker som en struktur af personlighedstræk. Han har arbejdet med Belbins og Adizes teorier og modeller om rollebegrebet og ledelsesstil. Og han har arbejdet med et unikt begreb om individets personlige værdier baseret på Ken Wilbers og Robert Kegans udviklingspsykologiske tanker om individets modenhedsrejse gennem livet. Flemming Olsen har gennem årene også udført den forskning, der ligger til grund for IPA Nordic ApS’ analyser, og han har stor erfaring på området, hvilket sikrer kvaliteten af de analyser, som IPA Nordic tilbyder. I et tidligere samarbejde med et nordisk konsulenthus var han forfatteren bag certificeringen af en personlighedsanalyse, der opnåede den bedste rating blandt nordiske udbydere af analyser.
